Birkenstocks are made to provide years of comfort and are fully repairable. We offer a complete line of in house repair services to make sure the Birkenstocks you fall in love with will be a part of your life for a long, long, time.

All birkenstocks, regardless of where they are purchased, can be sent to our authorized repair department, where our shoe repair technicians will take care of all your repair needs!

Most repairs can be completed in one week -- we'll let you know if it might take longer. Send your shoes to us with a note containing the following information:

• A description of the repair work you want us to do
• Your estimate of the cost, based on our price list below (no charge for shipping !)
• The maximum amount you are willing to spend
• Your address, email address and/or daytime phone number including area code
• Your choice of shipping method and the best address to use to return your repaired shoes

Repair Fees

resole and reconditioning > $35 (no charge for shipping!)
This includes replacing your worn soles with original Birkenstock EVA soles.

replacing suede footbed liners > $20 (no charge for shipping)
When your suede footbed is worn out or you can't stand the way they look (or smell) we can replace it (some styles may require resole).
